Managing Your Subscription

Your Subscription

CloseDaily offers several subscription plans to fit your needs. Here is how to manage your plan, billing, and payment information.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings (click your name in the top-right corner) and select “Subscription.” You will see your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and payment method on file.

Upgrading or Downgrading

To change your plan, click “Change Plan” on the Subscription page. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Updating Payment Information

Click “Update Payment Method” to change your credit card or payment details. Your new card will be used for the next billing cycle.

Viewing Billing History

Your complete billing history is available on the Subscription page. You can download invoices as PDFs for your records or tax purposes.

Note: If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification and have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is paused.
