Using the Stats Tracker

Last updated: February 10, 2026

What Is the Stats Tracker?

The Stats Tracker is where you log your daily prospecting activity. It is the backbone of CloseDaily — tracking your numbers is how you measure progress and identify what is working.

Logging Your Daily Activity

Navigate to the Stats Tracker tab and click “Log Today’s Activity.” Enter the following numbers:

  • Calls Made: Total outbound dials.
  • Contacts Reached: How many people actually answered or called back.
  • Appointments Set: Meetings booked from your prospecting.
  • Listings Taken: New listing agreements signed.
  • Deals Closed: Transactions that closed today.

Viewing Your Conversion Ratios

Once you have logged a few days of data, the Stats Tracker automatically calculates your key ratios: calls-to-contacts, contacts-to-appointments, and appointments-to-listings. These ratios help you understand exactly where to improve.

Weekly and Monthly Reports

Use the date range selector to view your stats by day, week, month, or custom range. You can also export your data as a CSV file for your own records or to share with your broker.

Tip: Log your stats at the same time every day — consistency is what makes the data valuable. Most top agents log right after their morning prospecting session.
