Day 5: Planning Your Sphere Nurture System
Congratulations on a productive week! You’ve built your initial list, created a database, and started your outreach. Now, let’s think long-term. How will you stay in touch with your sphere so they remember you when they or someone they know needs an agent? This is called a nurture system. The goal is to provide value consistently over time. A good nurture plan includes a mix of high-tech and high-touch communication. Brainstorm a 12-month plan. Here are some ideas: a monthly email newsletter with market updates and home tips, quarterly check-in calls just to say hello, engaging with them on social media, sending a happy birthday text, or even hosting an annual client appreciation party. Your plan doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does need to be consistent. For today, simply outline what your first year of SOI nurturing will look like.
