This proposal represents more than a vendor pitch — it's a commitment from someone who already calls Real home.
I'm a Real Brokerage agent. I chose this company for its technology, its culture, and its vision for where real estate is going. Building CloseDaily as a partner to Real isn't just a business decision for me — it's personal. I want the agents I work alongside every day to have tools that actually move the needle.
We're applying for the $50K partnership tier, and we'd like to structure it in a way that goes beyond a standard fee arrangement:
- 10% ownership interest in CloseDaily, gifted to Real Brokerage — because we want you invested in our success, not just affiliated with it.
- $100 per paid user referred through Real's marketing efforts, limited to Dominate and Power Agent plan members. CRM Agent members receive revenue share only.
- 10% revenue share on every agent's membership for the first year, then 5% for the lifetime of that membership — on top of the equity position.
We believe this structure will exceed the $50K threshold within the first year and position us to move into a higher partnership tier as we scale together.
