We're applying for the $50K partnership tier, and we'd like to structure it in a way that goes beyond a standard fee arrangement:

  • 10% ownership interest in CloseDaily, gifted to Real Brokerage — because we want you invested in our success, not just affiliated with it.
  • $100 per paid user referred through Real's marketing efforts, limited to Dominate and Power Agent plan members. CRM Agent members receive revenue share only.
  • 10% revenue share on every agent's membership for the first year, then 5% for the lifetime of that membership — on top of the equity position.
