Subscription Management
Manage your CloseDaily subscription from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Here you can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update payment methods, view invoices, and manage add-ons.

Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Billing > Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get instant access to the new features. Your billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan’s features until then. If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, contacts beyond the 25-contact limit will be archived (not deleted) and can be restored if you upgrade again.
Payment Methods
CloseDaily accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Go to Billing > Payment Method to update your card. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your card before your account is downgraded to Starter.
