CloseDaily sends you real-time notifications for important events — new leads, follow-up reminders, task deadlines, and team updates. You can receive notifications in-app and as browser push notifications on desktop and mobile.
Types of Notifications
| Notification | When It Fires |

| New Lead Alert | When someone fills out a form on your website or a lead is routed to you |
| Follow-Up Reminder | When a scheduled follow-up is due |
| Task Due | When a CRM task reaches its due date |
| Appointment Reminder | 30 minutes before a scheduled appointment |
| Weekly Summary | Every Monday morning with your previous week’s stats |
| Curriculum Update | When a new weekly lesson is available |
| Team Activity | When a team member closes a deal or hits a milestone |
Enabling Push Notifications
When you first log in, your browser will ask for permission to send notifications. Click “Allow” to enable push notifications. If you accidentally blocked them, go to your browser settings > Site Settings > Notifications and allow notifications from closedaily.com.
