Track Your Performance
The Stats tab gives you a clear, data-driven view of your prospecting and sales performance. Track the metrics that matter most and identify trends that help you improve.
Metrics Tracked
| Metric | Description |

| Calls Made | Total outbound prospecting calls |
| Contacts Reached | Calls where you spoke with a decision-maker |
| Appointments Set | Listing or buyer appointments scheduled |
| Listings Taken | Signed listing agreements |
| Under Contract | Properties with accepted offers |
| Closings | Completed transactions |
| GCI | Gross Commission Income earned |
Conversion Ratios
The Stats tab automatically calculates your conversion ratios: calls-to-contacts, contacts-to-appointments, appointments-to-listings, and listings-to-closings. These ratios tell you exactly where to focus your improvement efforts. If your calls-to-contacts ratio is low, you may need better scripts. If your appointments-to-listings ratio is low, work on your listing presentation.
Time Period Filters
View your stats by day, week, month, quarter, or year. Compare current periods against previous ones to see your growth trajectory. Export your stats as a CSV for your own records or to share with your broker.
