What Is Voice AI Practice?
Voice AI Practice is a conversational AI tool that simulates real prospecting calls. You speak into your microphone and the AI responds like a real homeowner, buyer, or seller — complete with objections, hesitations, and realistic dialogue. It is the closest thing to live practice without picking up the phone.
Practice Scenarios Available

| Circle Prospecting | Calling homeowners in a neighborhood. Practice “just sold” and “just listed” scripts. |
| Buyer Consultation | Meeting with a potential buyer. Practice qualifying questions and setting expectations. |
| Listing Presentation | Presenting your marketing plan to a seller. Handle pricing objections and commission discussions. |
| Objection Handling | Rapid-fire objection practice. The AI throws common objections and you respond in real time. |
How to Start a Session
Navigate to the AI Practice tab in your dashboard. Select a scenario, click “Start Practice,” and allow microphone access when prompted. Speak naturally — the AI listens, processes your words, and responds with realistic dialogue. Each session lasts as long as you want. When finished, click “End Session” to get your performance summary.
Performance Feedback
After each session, you receive a detailed breakdown including: tone and confidence score, objection handling effectiveness, script adherence rating, areas for improvement, and suggested phrases you could have used. Your session history is saved so you can track improvement over time.
