Website Traffic Analytics
Understanding Your Website Traffic
The Website Traffic tab in your dashboard shows you exactly how your agent website is performing. See who is visiting, where they are coming from, which pages they view, and how many convert into leads.
Metrics Available
| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Unique Visitors | How many individual people visited your site |
| Page Views | Total pages viewed across all visitors |
| Avg. Session Duration | How long visitors spend on your site |
| Bounce Rate | Percentage of visitors who leave after viewing only one page |
| Top Pages | Which pages get the most views |
| Traffic Sources | Where visitors come from — Google, Facebook, direct, referral, ads |
| Device Breakdown | Mobile vs. desktop vs. tablet visitors |
| Lead Conversions | How many visitors filled out a form or requested info |
| Geographic Data | Where your visitors are located |
Using Traffic Data to Improve
If your bounce rate is high, your homepage may need a stronger call-to-action or faster load time. If most traffic comes from mobile, make sure your listing photos and forms look great on small screens. If a blog post is getting organic traffic, write more content on that topic to compound the SEO benefit.
