Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) has a claim few systems can make: founded in 1982 in Tempe, it was the first regional MLS in the country. Four decades later it runs the listing data for nearly the entire Valley of the Sun, which makes ARMLS IDX the foundation of any serious agent website in metro Phoenix.
